Aquastrength Upper Body Workout Printout
The Aquastrength Upper Body Workout Program has been designed for those wanting to work on upper body strength, muscle tone and stability.
This workout is suitable for all levels and offers progression options so you can continue to challenge yourself and get the results you are after! The Upper Body Workout can be performed anywhere from 3- 6 times a week depending on your goals, and can also be used to compliment your land-based training.
